Last week I had the great fortune of attending the Interaction 13 conference in Toronto. There were many amazing talks but the standout for me was Teresa Brazen’s Designing Culture workshop. Teresa works at Cooper and brought some great organizational design thinking into this workshop.
She led us through a number of activities which helped us formulate a vision for our company (or department). I came away with a ton of practices that I can put into effect right away.
